Property Information

Hazelwood Apartments consists of 36 two bedroom, one bath apartments. All apartments come with a kitchen, dining room, and living room. Apartments down stairs include a large back patio. Most units come with tile or wood floors, and carpet in the bedrooms. There is also on-site management, full-time maintenance, a coin-operated laundry facility, a large pool, and a grass common area. Hazelwood Apartments is a pet-friendly complex. Pet deposit and pet rent are required.

How much is the security deposit?

Your deposit will be based on your credit history. Most deposits are equal to one month’s rent.

How much is the rent?

Rents vary based on which apartment complex you are interested in, as well as the condition of the unit, and your credit score.

Here are the average rents for the properties:

  • Hazelwood $1300-$1500 (two bedroom)
  • California $1300-$1,500 (two bedroom), $1200 (one bedroom)
  • North Wood $1,600 (two bedroom)
  • Casa Blanca $975 (two bedroom), $950 (one bedroom)


What are the qualifications?

To qualify for an apartment, the household income should be around three times the monthly rent and a credit score of 670 or higher. For example, if the rent is $1000 you will have to make around $3000 per month as monthly income. You will need to bring proof of your income such as pay stubs or any type of statement that can verify your income. We do not accept anyone with evictions or landlord collections.

What about laundry?

Hazelwood, California and Casa Blanca have on-site card & App mobile payment operated machines. Northwood has electric washer and dryer hook-ups for your machines.

Utilities?

You will need to get your own utilities (water, trash, sewer, gas, and electric are required). Water, trash, and sewer are billed through your tenant portal. Gas is billed through So Cal Gas Company. Electric is billed through PG&E. We require Xfinity services for TV/Internet.


We can provide all the utility phone numbers for easy setup.

Do you require a lease?

Yes, a minimum of one year lease is required.

What type of military benefits do you offer?

We appreciate all service members and provide several benefits.


When you are away on deployment we will reduce your rent to 20% for as long as the unit is vacant!

What is your pet policy?

We allow pets at Hazelwood Apartments, this is our only pet-friendly building.


We require an additional security deposit and pet rent based on what type and size of pet:

  • Pet Deposit – $600
  • Pet Rent – $75 a month


NOT ALLOWED –

  • Rabbits, snakes, or mice.
  • Bulldogs, pitbulls, mixed pitbulls or bulldogs.



Cats MUST be spayed or neutered.

Dogs MUST be friendly.

Owners MUST clean up after pets.
